Zone A, the lower river remains CLOSED and needs to drop just under 2.5 feet.
Zone B, the upper river remains NO WAKE and has to drop 8.5 inches.
Zone C, the lakes, remains NO WAKE and has to drop over 8.5 inches
Water levels rose overnight but New Munster has fallen below flood stage. We are hopeful the levels will start to fall throughout the weekend. Please respect the waterway status as violators are subject to prosecution. Please forward all law enforcement concerns to the sheriffs or IDNR; If possible grab video footage.
