The National Weather Service held their Spring Flood Outlook today.  Following a wet 2018,  current conditions indicate a high risk of flooding for this spring.

This winter has been the wettest winter on record for the Midwest.

Climatologic winter, December thru February, has seen 150% of normal precipitation for Fox River watershed.
