Pursuant to the Fox Waterway Agency Act, 615 ILCS 90/7.2, the Fox Waterway Agency Board will conduct two public hearings relative to discussion and possible action on changing user permit sticker fees for all classes of boats and watercraft. The first public hearing will take place on December 2, 2015, at 5:00 p.m., at 2504 Westward Drive, Spring Grove, Illinois. The second public hearing will take place on December 16, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., at Lakefront Park, 71 Nippersink Boulevard, Room No. 1, Fox Lake, Illinois.
